Universal Extended Commercial & Modding License

By purchasing this asset, Ratchet Art Studio grants you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, and royalty-free license to integrate this geometry into any commercial, personal, or community modification pipeline.

• What is Allowed (Studio & Modder Clearance): You have full, unconditional legal clearance to embed, bake, render, and deploy this asset inside commercial video games, film/VFX production pipelines, broadcast animations, architectural visualizations, and public community game modifications (Examples: SnowRunner, Assetto Corsa, etc.)—provided that the asset is deployed strictly inside a compiled, locked, cooked, or encrypted engine runtime format where the end-user cannot natively extract or access the raw source files.

• Internal Studio Team Sharing (Multi-User Seats): This license explicitly grants registered studios, production companies, and development entities the right to share, distribute, and sync this asset, its blueprints, prefabs, and engine file formats (Examples: .uasset files) across their secure private company networks, local data repositories (Examples: GitHub, Perforce), and among active project team members for internal development purposes. This multi-user team sharing provision applies strictly to collaborative corporate entities using verified company operations and does not cover external distribution by individual or freelance accounts outside of their single private workstation setup.

• What is Strictly Forbidden (Thief & Pirate Block): You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, host, or share this product, its underlying 3D geometry, mesh data, or associated textures—in whole or in part, under any filename, or converted into any editable digital format or game engine file format (Examples: .fbx, .c4d, .obj, .blend, .uasset, or engine prefab files)—on any public server, public asset marketplace, community Discord channel, public cloud drive, or open file-sharing link. Public or external distribution of project files or engine assets that allow the extraction or re-exporting of the underlying raw mesh data to the public is strictly prohibited.

DIGITAL PERFORMANCE, FINALITY OF SALE, AND WAIVER OF REFUND RIGHTS

4.1 Irrevocable Digital Performance. Due to the non-tangible, digital, and instantly reproducible nature of the licensed 3D geometry, mesh data, and associated textures (collectively, the "Digital Assets"), all commercial transactions completed across the Ratchet Art Studio storefront are absolute, final, and strictly non-refundable. 

4.2 Immediate Execution of Contract. The End-User explicitly acknowledges and agrees that the performance of this contract begins immediately upon the verification of financial consideration and the subsequent generation, delivery, or server-side transmission of the unique cryptographic download link. Once the download link is generated or accessed by the End-User, the digital service is rendered fully executed and complete under applicable commercial laws, including but not limited to the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) Article 2 and the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN).

4.3 Absolute Waiver of Cancellation and Withdrawal Rights. By executing a purchase transaction, the End-User provides express prior consent for immediate performance and explicitly waives any and all statutory rights of withdrawal, cancellation, cooling-off periods, store credit exchanges, or transaction reversals under any jurisdiction (including the EU Consumer Rights Directive where applicable). No refunds, partial credits, or exchanges will be issued for reasons including, but not limited to, hardware incompatibility, software update cycles, engine format changes, user technical skill limitations, or buyer's remorse.

4.4 Chargeback Indemnification and Fraud Protection. The initiating of an unauthorized or bad-faith financial dispute, chargeback, or reversal claim through a credit card issuer, banking institution, or third-party payment processor (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) shall constitute a material breach of this EULA. Ratchet Art Studio reserves the right to immediately and permanently revoke the universal commercial license granted herein for any assets associated with the disputed transaction. 

4.5 Document Evidentiary Consent. The End-User explicitly consents to the submission of this legally binding contract, along with server-side network download logs, verified timestamp data, telemetry tracking metrics, and the End-User’s originating IP address, to any banking institution, credit processor, or arbitration body as conclusive evidentiary proof of product delivery and the explicit waiver of refund rights, to forcefully secure the complete financial dismissal of the dispute.
